FIRE FORCE GLIDE MODEL
REF 32120

Outfit consisting of a 2/4 jacket and dungarees.

Description

Techs Force Gold outer fabric, developed by the Spanish company Textil Santanderina. Woven with a special technique, Broken twill, which gives it a distinctive look; this is partly due to the para-aramid filaments in the weft, which provide increased mechanical performance. Weight: 220 g/m².

Highly resistant to heat and flames. It also features a chemical-repellent finish, resistant to liquids, acids, etc. Also available in gold and red.

As a moisture barrier, we have the Stedfast™ PTFE-Bi-component membrane on an aramid base with 3D. Weight 140gr/m².

Its GLIDE® ICE inner lining, a blend of 60% para-aramid filament, 26% meta-aramid and 14% FR viscose with a 60g non-woven barrier, forms the perfect element for the best comfort and ease of use for our firefighters.

The continuous filament weave offers the advantages of a smooth fabric with a MIU friction coefficient of less than 0.19 and an SMD roughness better than 5. Furthermore, the viscose content enhances comfort by absorbing and wicking away moisture. It is breathable and has a RET of less than 6 m² pa/w. A perfect balance between performance and comfort.

A well-balanced suit with excellent mechanical performance and thermal insulation. The outer fabric boasts excellent colorfastness, good abrasion resistance, and a distinctive design. The bi-component PTFE membrane offers superior protection against viruses, pathogens, chemicals, and hydrocarbons. The comfortable inner lining provides excellent glide, low friction, high breathability, and efficient sweat wicking. Its high mobility, excellent sweat evaporation, and strong mechanical and thermal protection make it a top choice for firefighters.

Standard colors: Navy blue, gold, or red.

Applications

PPE consisting of a jacket and overpants intended to protect the user's entire body, except for the head, hands, and feet. It protects against hazards in firefighting operations and associated activities where there is a risk of heat and/or flames, and against the buildup of electrostatic charges to prevent incendiary discharges.

Regulations

  • EN ISO 13688:2013.
  • UNE EN 469:2020.
  • UNE EN 1149-5:2018 according to standard EN 1149-3:2004.

Jacket description

We adapt to the needs of our clients' budgets and needs.

Two-quarter length jacket, body constructed with a front and back yoke, consisting of two front pieces and one back piece. The back is made with two symmetrical side pleats. Sleeves with pre-shaped elbows and gussets at the armpits, ergonomically designed for fire service work.

Elbow reinforcements with FR padded interior fabric and fire-resistant neoprene/kevlar® at the cuff of the jacket.

It will fasten at the front with a double closure, using a high-strength, fire-resistant zipper, of the top open, double slider or single type, hidden by a flap and velcro.

The jacket features two Napoleon-style external pockets on both chests, an internal zippered pocket on the left side parallel to the lapel for harness access, and two lower pockets with flaps and Velcro closures. A radio pocket and a flashlight attachment pocket can be added.

The sleeve ends with a stretchy Nomex® knit cuff. The cuff features a thumb loop to prevent the garment from shifting.

The jacket's collar is designed to protect the face and neck without hindering vision and movement.

The jacket incorporates 3M™ triple reflective material of 50 and 76 mm sewn or heat-welded and 3M™ gray 50 mm heat-welded reflective material on the front, back, and sleeve.

The name of the Fire Department will be printed on the upper back in 3M™ reflective tape.

Description of the trouser cover

High-cut bib-style over-trousers. They have the same layers as the jacket. The bib is long enough to provide an overlap of at least 30 cm when worn with the jacket. A gusset at the crotch allows for greater freedom of movement.

It is equipped with a fly that closes with a fireproof zipper and a flap with Velcro.

With side waist adjustment using outer fabric, loop and velcro.

Each leg has triple reflective tape around the bottom of each leg and on the outside of each leg, measuring 50 mm and/or 76 mm, from the 3M™ brand.

It incorporates highly resistant, adjustable elastic straps and quick-release fasteners at the front and back for easy replacement.

The inner hem will be made of anti-chafing and moisture-wicking fabric to prevent water wicking. The outer hem will be reinforced with fire-resistant Kevlar®-based neoprene.

Preformed knee for increased mobility. The exterior features silicone-coated neoprene reinforcement on a 100% aramid knit base in black on the knees, with FR foam interior padding encapsulated in the same outer fabric to reduce pressure and impact on the wearer.

It has two patch pockets with a rear gusset and drains.

OPTION:

  • Urban seat and restraint harness. Certified to EN 813 and EN 358. An upper section can also be added, which, together with the lower section, forms a fall-arrest harness compliant with EN 361.
  • Complete harness, model Fire Pro, certified EN 813, EN 358 and EN 361.
  • Washable integrated harness, Fire Clean model certified EN 813 and EN 361.
