FORESTRY TOOLS.

PULANSKI AXE-HOE

APPLICATIONS:

A tool used in fighting forest fires. It can be used, on the one hand, as an axe, cutting branches and brush. On the other hand, it can be used as a hoe, clearing, digging, and removing vegetation.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Made of forged carbon steel and wooden handle.
  • Length: 900 mm.
  • Axe cut fan: 105 mm.
  • Hoe cut: 80 mm.
  • Weight: 1,500 gr.

DRIP TORCH

APPLICATIONS:

Designed for rapid fire maneuvers in forest firefighting. Ideal for helicopter-borne crews that can transport the torch due to its small size and
fuel capacity.
This is the necessary tool for indirect attack maneuvers: backfires, widening burns, escape fires, self-protection fires, and fires to create safe areas for stationing
equipment.

OPERATION:

Its operation is simple: fill it and tilt it so that the fuel reaches the nozzle, which must be filled with oakum, and then light it. Tilting the torch releases drops of burning fuel, which "stick" to the vegetation and ignite it.

DESCRIPTION:

The tank is constructed from a single, very lightweight aluminum piece.
Approved for fuel transport.
The siphon is made of steel. The tube and ignition element can be stored inside the tank when not in use.
It features several safety systems: a non-return valve inside the cap and a valve in the flow regulator. The asymmetrical double-threaded cap is the element that provides this compactness. Two sizes available: 1 L and 5 L.
