Description
HOSES Ø 25 mm.
The hose choke allows the flow of water to be cut off from a pressurized hose, allowing forestry crews complete autonomy in extinguishing tasks, without having to resort to shutting off the water at the vehicle's pump when they have to extend a line, change direction, branch lines, shorten lines, eliminate leaks, perform evasive maneuvers, etc.
Its operation is simple. Open the choke sideways and insert the hose to be collapsed, closing the device again and locking it with the lever provided. Then, operate the lever until the water supply is completely closed. The choke is specifically designed to avoid damaging the hose.
The body and base of the choke are made of stainless steel, giving it great strength. The upper jaw is floating, allowing a firm grip on the hose, and the choke has a small thread pitch to require minimal effort on the lever. All this gives the choke extraordinary strength, zero maintenance, and great ease of operation.
The throttle opening is suitable for 25mm diameter hoses. It can handle pressures up to 30 bar.
FOR DIFFERENT DIAMETERS
The hose choke allows us to cut off the flow of water through Ø 25 and Ø 45 hoses at any point along their path. A quick ratchet action and the hose's throttling using a lever spindle can shut off the flow of water down to tiny or almost nonexistent flows.
