PM-ZL FOAM PROVIDER – Mesa Products

Description

It is used to mix water with a foam concentrate solution. This proportioner has been designed for great maneuverability during firefighting operations. Its size and light weight allow it to be used with various firefighting equipment and produce foam quickly and efficiently (e.g., all types of nozzles, hoses, hydrants, motor pumps, etc.).

Construction

It is made of an aluminum alloy, with hard anodized treatment and PTFE impregnation, which gives it greater resistance to breakage, corrosion by salt water, etc.
It is a device that allows foam to be supplied in the desired proportions, which are set by means of interchangeable nozzles calibrated at 0.4%, 1%, 3% and 6%. With BY-PASS, during operation its disposition can be selected to discharge foam or water.

Flow rates are indicated in l/min at 10 bar, which is the optimal working pressure. The flow rate of the lance should not be lower than that of the proportioner, and it is recommended to clean it with water after use.
