Description

It is used to mix water with a foam solution. This proportioner has been designed for excellent maneuverability during firefighting operations. Its size and light weight allow it to be used with various firefighting equipment, producing foam quickly and efficiently (e.g., all types of nozzles, hoses, fire hose reels, hydrants, water pumps, etc.).

Construction

  • It is made of an aluminum alloy, with hard anodized treatment and PTFE impregnation, which gives it greater resistance to breakage, saltwater corrosion, etc.
  • It is a machine that allows foam to be supplied in the desired proportions, which are set by means of interchangeable nozzles calibrated to 0.4%, 1%, 3% and 6%. With BY-PASS, during its operation it can be selected to discharge foam or water.

Flow rates are indicated in l/min at 10 bar, which is the optimal operating pressure. The flow rate of the lance should not be less than that of the proportioner, and it is recommended to clean it with water after each use.
