Jacket description

Two-quarter length jacket, body constructed with a front and back yoke, with two front and two back pieces. The back is made with two symmetrical side pleats. Sleeves with pre-shaped elbows and gussets at the armpits, ergonomically designed for fire service work.

Reinforcements at the elbows with an inner padded FR fabric and with fire-retardant neoprene/kevlar® at the cuff of the jacket.

It will fasten at the front with a double closure, using a high-resistance and fire-resistant zipper, of the TOP OPEN type; DOUBLE CURSOR or SIMPLE, hidden by a flap and velcro.

The jacket features two Napoleon-style external pockets on both chests, an internal zippered pocket on the left side parallel to the lapel for harness access, and two radio pocket and a flashlight attachment pocket can be added

The sleeve ends in an elastic Nomex® knit cuff. The cuff incorporates a thumbhole to prevent the garment from shifting.

The jacket's collar is designed to protect the face and neck without hindering vision and movement.

The jacket incorporates 3M™ triple reflective material of 50 and 76 mm sewn or heat-sealed and 3M™ gray 50 mm heat-sealed reflective material on the front, back, and sleeve.

The upper back will feature the name of the Fire Intervention Service printed in 3M™ reflective material.

Description of the overpants

High-cut bib-style over-trousers. They have the same layers as the jacket. The bib is long enough to provide an overlap of at least 30 cm when worn with the jacket. A gusset at the crotch allows for greater freedom of movement.

It features a fly with a fire-resistant zipper and a Velcro flap. The waist is adjustable at the sides using an outer fabric, drawstring, and Velcro.

Each leg has triple reflective material sewn or heat-sealed 50 and 76 mm around the bottom of each leg and vertically on the outside and 50 mm heat-sealed gray, all from the 3M™ brand.

It incorporates highly resistant, adjustable elastic straps that unfasten quickly at the front and back for easy replacement.

The inner lining of the lower part will be made of anti-friction and moisture-wicking fabric to prevent water from seeping in. The outer part will be reinforced with fire-retardant neoprene with a Kevlar® base.

Pre-shaped knee with clips for increased mobility. Exterior with silicone-coated neoprene reinforcement on a 100% aramid knitted base in black, with an inner padding of FR foam encapsulated with the outer fabric that reduces pressure and impacts on the user.

It has two back gusseted patch pockets with drainage holes.
