About Us

Productos Mesa, founded in 1982, has extensive experience in the manufacture of flexible flat rubber hoses for the fire, agricultural, and industrial sectors, as well as manufacturing hoses tailored to customer requirements or for new market applications.

We manufacture a wide range of hoses. Flexible flat hoses made of nitrile rubber, polyurethane, and EPDM, PU, and TPU inner hoses with high-tenacity polyester reinforcement.

Diameters range from 19mm to 300mm internal diameter and lengths can reach up to 200 meters.

Its extensive specialization makes it a leader in the manufacture of flexible flat rubber and polyurethane hoses.

Our history in time

1982

THE ORIGIN

Productos Mesa began in 1982 when two entrepreneurs, José Luis Palacios and Luis Bañuelos, founded Productos y Mangueras Especiales SA. Its main activity is the manufacture of flexible flat rubber hoses for fire, agricultural and industrial use.

2001

GROWTH AND INTERNATIONALIZATION

Incorporation of the second generation into the company. Development of new international markets. New production center of over 10,000 m². New hoses of up to 150 m.

2011

NEW MIXING FACILITY

The company has developed a new 2,000 m² production center for the custom manufacturing of different types of rubber. This allows for greater customization and improved production processes. We have our own laboratories to ensure the quality of our hoses and raw materials, where adhesion, burst strength, abrasion resistance, and aging tests are performed using a UV chamber, as well as burst pressure tests in a hydrostatic chamber.

2014

NEW PRODUCTION LINES

Expansion and improvement with the construction of an 11,000 m2 warehouse that has allowed us to manufacture PU and rubber hoses up to 200 m long.

We operate in over 50 countries worldwide with distribution agreements. We export to the European Union, North Africa, South Africa, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, the Arab world, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and more.
