Mesa Products attended the IV National Fire Safety Congress held in Alcorcón from September 27 to 29.

The latest development in firefighter intervention suits is presented with the new PBI MAX LP .

PBI® LP PBI® 's revolutionary new fiber that maximizes flame and tear resistance in ultra-lightweight intervention garments.

The PBI® polymer chain has been reinforced, allowing us to achieve lighter garments with increased flame and tear resistance.

Its decomposition is 815ºC and we have more than 50 seconds in the “DYNAMIC FLAME TEST” to reach the tissue rupture.

FIRE MAX® LP intervention model has this fiber in the composition of the outer fabric, and its weight is 180 gr/m².

It is accompanied by a Stedfast™ PTFE-bicomponent membrane on an aramid base. Its inner lining stands out for its great comfort and glide when in contact with the wearer thanks to the natural FR viscose fiber and its continuous filament. We continue to rely on the Air spacer® spacer system, which will help us generate a larger air chamber.

We can say that we have achieved one of the lightest pieces of equipment on the market, with even greater mobility and extraordinary breathability, along with good mechanical and thermal protection.

If you want lightweight equipment with great mobility and breathability of less than 12 m² Pa/W, as well as great protection and thermal break, while always maintaining mechanical protection well above the standard.

CERTIFIED AFTER 40 WASH AND DRY CYCLES

We also brought various models of gloves from the Austrian brand ESKA®, a high-quality glove that stands out for its flexibility, dexterity, protection, and comfort. Certified after 20 wash cycles.

Another interesting product is the latest development in synthetic hose for the last stretch of urban firefighting: the SYNTEFLEX® , which is lightweight, easy to handle, collapse-resistant, and durable.
