FIRE CLEAN model harness REF. 32501 compliant with standards UNE EN 813:2009 “Personal protective equipment for the prevention of falls from height. Seat harnesses”, UNE EN 361:2002 “Personal protective equipment against falls from height. Fall arrest harnesses” and EN 1496:2006 “Personal protective equipment against falls. Rescue loop”
It is tested according to EN813, and when joined with the top part it will comply with EN361 before and after 40 cleanings.
The lashing elements will be joined by a connector that complies with EN362:2004 Type B, it will be multidirectional with automatic three-movement safety lock or by a 60 cm webbing ring that complies with EN 566:2017, EN 354:2010 and EN 795:2012 Type B and a connector that complies with EN362:2004 Type B, it will be multidirectional with automatic three-movement safety lock.
INCORPORATION SYSTEM: THROUGH THE INSIDE OF THE JACKET AND OVERTROUSERS VIA TUNNELS.
The design of the jacket and overpants will facilitate the placement, use, and handling of the harness for subsequent inspection and cleaning of the suit and the harness itself. Under no circumstances will the chosen system for positioning the harness on either the jacket or the overpants pose a problem for donning the suit.
The chest harness consists of a V-shaped shoulder strap. Its loops are reinforced with flame-retardant fabric. It is made of high-tenacity polyester without any metal adjustment elements, which facilitates cleaning without removing it from the suit. Cleaning instructions for both PPE items will be required.
The seat harness includes the necessary tunnels for attaching it to the trousers. It consists of a lumbar strap, thigh loops, and their connectors. The loops are reinforced with flame-retardant fabric. It is made of high-tenacity polyester without any metal adjustment elements, which facilitates cleaning without removing it from the suit. Cleaning instructions for both pieces of PPE will be required.
