OPTIMAL QUALITY = CONSTANT SUPERVISION
All of our hoses are individually pressure tested to ensure their perfect condition. Mesa Products uses the highest quality raw materials in the manufacture of its hoses. It has two in-house laboratories with the most sophisticated testing equipment to ensure the highest quality in all of our products.
- Ozone chamber. Aging is measured.
- Electronic dynamometer: Adhesion is measured
- Abrasion testers: Abrasion resistance is measured
- UV camera: Aging is measured
- Hydrostatic chamber. Burst pressure is applied.
Our testing process guarantees all our hoses against raw material and process defects under normal working conditions.
Our mixing laboratory performs color control tests on rubber mixtures, measures the mechanical properties of the mixture in slabs, monitors vulcanization, and evaluates the processability of the rubber mixture. A viscometer and a rheometer are also available.

ENVIRONMENT
Actively participating in our community implies, among other things, respect for our environment and sustainable activities.
In 2000, management decided to become even more involved with legislation and follow the basic recommendations of the three Rs: Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle. All waste produced is recycled by authorized waste managers: paper, cardboard, plastics, rubber, empty packaging, wooden pallets, used oil, etc.
Our outstanding work, particularly in waste reduction, has earned us a place on the list of small waste producers in our region. We are also mindful of atmospheric gas emissions and water pollution prevention, so we monitor emissions and discharges to preserve the environment and minimize impact.
