Four-layer hose extruded in a single process. Reinforced with para-aramid. High thermal and abrasion resistance.

Construction

  • Inner and outer layer:
    • Specially formulated red nitrile rubber extruded through circular knitting. Minimal pressure loss thanks to its smooth inner wall. High thermal resistance.
  • Intermediate textile reinforcement:
    • Jacket made on a circular loom with high-tenacity polyester yarn. Free of defects such as broken threads, knots, etc.
  • Outer layer (4th layer):
    • Highly visible yellow rubber specially formulated with para-aramid fibers to provide high resistance to abrasion, contact temperature, ambient temperature, and chemicals. With exterior grooves for improved abrasion resistance and easier handling.
