At Productos MESA, we maintain a permanent stock of fittings, bushings, gaskets, tools, and specialized machinery for this purpose, along with qualified and experienced technical personnel, to provide a fast, professional, and guaranteed service.
STANDARD PROCEDURE
Define the type of maintenance to be performed and the necessary preparations with the client.
Collect the equipment to be maintained.
Clean it beforehand to remove dust, mud, and other particles to facilitate handling. Do not scrub by hand.
Conduct an initial test and identify the deficiency, break, or anomaly to be corrected.
Repair, if necessary:
• Remove fittings.
• Replace fittings, bushings, and gaskets.
• Cut.
• Refit.
Laser marking and/or laser customization, if applicable.
Perform a hydraulic test.
Destroy and recycle hoses and fittings, if applicable.
Prepare a report.
Deliver the report to the client.
