Inspection, relationship and testing of hoses, fittings and fitting system.
AIM
Ensure the proper functioning of the hose, fittings, and connection system as a single component, as well as the safety of the user.
At Productos MESA, we have a permanent stock of fittings, bushings, seals, tools, and specific machinery for this purpose, as well as qualified and experienced technical personnel, to provide a prompt, professional, and guaranteed service.
STANDARD PROCEDURE
Define with the client the type of maintenance to be performed and the prior preparations.
Collection of the material to be maintained.
Preliminary cleaning of dust, mud, and other particles to facilitate handling. Hand scrubbing is not performed.
Initial testing and identification of the deficiency, breakage, or anomaly to be corrected.
Repair, if applicable:
• Remove the coupling.
• Replace fittings, bushings, and seals.
• Cut.
• Fitting.
Laser marking and/or laser personalization, if applicable.
Hydraulic testing.
Destruction and, if applicable, recycling of hoses and fittings.
Report.
Delivery to the client.
