Maintenance of intervention suits includes cleaning or decontamination, water repellent treatment, drying, and all necessary repairs to ensure the equipment complies with EN469:2006/1M:2007, as well as inspection of the restraint belt or harness. This includes the "IGC" traceability and tracking system for the identification, management, and control of received garments.

AIM

Ensure that the intervention suits comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 1407/1992 (Transposition of Council Directive 89/686/EEC) and the requirements of EN469:2006/1M:2007 category 3, UNE EN13688:2013, NFPA 1851 (in its chapters V, VI, VII and VIII) and the technical report CEN/TR 14560 which corresponds to the guide for the selection, use, care and maintenance of protective clothing against heat and flames, guaranteeing its use.

At Productos MESA we have the necessary physical and technical resources, as well as our own qualified and experienced staff to provide an agile, professional, guaranteed and customized service.

STANDARD PROCEDURE

Collection of the intervention suits.
Receipt of the intervention suits in the "IGC" management system.
Cleaning and drying of the garments at the Productos Mesa laundry.
Inspection of the garments for possible repairs.
Repair of garments in the tailoring workshop.
Inspection of the repairs carried out.
Inspection of the seat belt and/or harness, if applicable.
Recording of all information in the "IGC" management system.
Preparation, bagging, and labeling of the intervention suits for shipment.
Delivery to the customer.
Online access for users to all the information collected about their intervention suits received for maintenance, using a unique and personal password.
